This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is to inform you, the User, how we collect and use your personal data at Bridge Booking, LLC, which is the owner and operator of the Bridge Booking, mobile application, and website located or accessible at the URL bridgebooking.com (“Bridge” and or “Bridge Platforms”) in connection with our Platforms. For purposes of this Policy, the term “User” refers to all account types that can be established on the Website, including without limitation Performer, Technician, Venue Agents and Ticket Purchaser accounts. By your download and usage of the Bridge Platforms, you agree to and consent to this Policy, which is a valid and binding agreement between you and Bridge.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND USUAGE
Collected Data When you sign up for Bridge, there is specific personal data that we need to create your Bridge Account. The types of data required will vary depending on the type of account that you create, as indicated below (all “Collected Data”). Account signup For all accounts (Performer, Technician, Venue Agent, Ticket Purchaser), you will provide the following personal information:
- Name (First & Last Name)
- Password
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Residence / Location (City, State, Zip)
3rd Party Data
For certain activities involved within the Bridge platform, additional information may be required from our 3rd Party partners. This information may include:
- Payment Method
- For credit cards and debit cards: card type, expiration date, card numbers, name on card
- Banking Information
Private Information
Performers and Technicians may also elect to upload W-9 forms. This information is for the purpose of receiving direct payments from Venues accessible through the Bridge Platforms.
Collected Personal Data
While using the Bridge Platforms, we receive not only personal data provided by you but we also collect data about you through the use of cookies and similar technologies. For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.
Sharing Data
Certain information contained in the Collected Data will be made available to the public through your account. This information includes, without limitation:
- Name (First & Last Name)
- Residence (City, State)
- Contact Information
- Photos and Videos
- Biographical Information
- Performance Videos (Performer Accounts)
In some account types, you may elect to provide your email and phone number for purposes of communicating and engaging with other account types, and in those instances you may choose to make that information available to the public. Note that the default settings for this types of information is set to “private.”
In Platform Sharing
W-9 information is an option that you may choose to share within the Bridge Platform with certain Bridge users. Upon your election, your W-9 may be shared with Venue Owners, Venue Managers, or Venue Agents. Should you choose to share your W-9, you must confirm that you are a client of a Venue. Note that your W-9 will not be shared with a Venue and its agents until you confirm that you would like to become a client of a particular Venue Agent. Should you elect to store a W-9 within the Bridge Platform, your private personal information will be protected as required by all applicable state and local laws. Stripe
The Bridge Platform is an End User of Stripe. When subscribing to our services (“Subscription Payments”), purchasing tickets or making other payments in the App, Stripe may require additional personal data beyond that required by Bridge. By use of Stripe through the Bridge Platform, you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Note that the Apple and Google Play stores require that Subscriptions Payments be handled and processed directly through Stripe, therefore Bridge Platforms does not have control over information submitted in this instance, and you waive any liability against Bridge Platforms that may occur from your use of Stripe in regard to Subscription Payments.
Third Party Sharing
From time to time, in the context of booking your performances with Venues and other offers that may arise in that context, Bridge may contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those instances, you authorize Bridge to transfer your personal data to a third party. Notwithstanding anything in this Policy to the contrary, Bridge may share your personal data with trusted partners to perform statistical analysis, send you emails or post mail, provide customer service support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to perform the services requested by Bridge. In each instance, all third parties are required to maintain confidentiality of your personal data. You have the option to connect your Bridge account with third party accounts. When you choose to connect your Bridge account with such other third-party accounts, you acknowledge and agree that Bridge no longer maintains control over your personal data and are agreeing to be bound by those third-party sites’ terms of service and privacy policy and hold Bridge harmless against any damages arising out of your election.
Required Disclosures
In good faith reliance or as required by law, Bridge may disclose your personal information when:
- Conforming with applicable state or federal law
- Complying with a legal action served against Bridge or its affiliates
- Protect and defend the rights and property or Bridge
- Under exigent circumstances, protect the personal data and safety of Bridge users and the public

Provide optimal experience The personal data that you provide is designed to optimize and personalize your experience in the Bridge Platform. This may include:
- Marketing
We may send you information or opportunities with regard to upcoming events or services through email, text message, or push notifications through the Bridge Platforms. Research & Feedback. We may contact you for your feedback regarding the Bridge Platforms to help us improve our products and services. You may unsubscribe to this feature if you choose. Advertising and Cookies. In accordance with applicable laws, we seek to deliver tailored advertising and marketing through the Bridge Platforms.
Data Protection
The data you provide allows Bridge to better protect you and your personal information while using the Bridge Platforms. This includes protecting your legal rights and preventing and detecting unlawful or prohibited behavior.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Privacy laws give you the User, depending on where you live in the United States, particular rights over your personal data. These rights pertain to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data information. Such rights include:
- Correction
For inaccurate personal information, you have the right to request that we correct it for you.
- Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of any personal information collected from or about you. There are situations in which Bridge may not be able to delete your personal data. These situations may include, but are not limited to:
- any legal obligation to retain the data
- in the event it is necessary to process the data for the purpose in which it was collected
- when necessary to detect security breaches and protect against fraudulent activity
- in order to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

You have the right to request a copy of your personal information collected by us.
- Right to Opt-Out
You have the right to opt-out of the processing and sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes, as applicable under the CCPA and other privacy and data protection laws.

In order to verify customer requests, we may ask you to provide certain details regarding your Bridge account. Depending on the sensitivity of the request, we may require you to confirm your request through an automated message before addressing your privacy issue. To the best of our ability, we will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days if possible or required by law.
SECURITY AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Bridge keeps in place security measures to maintain our pledge to protect your personal data. In order to maintain your personal data, Bridge implements security measures depending on your type of account. Our measures are designed to protect your Personal Data covered under this Policy from unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or misuse. While our measures are regularly maintained to protect your personal data, no data transmission or storage can be 100% secure. If an account was created using your information without your knowledge, please contact us.
Your diligence can assist Bridge in providing the best possible protection for your personal data. Creating and safeguarding a strong password, and not using identical login credentials that you use for other accounts are your best way of to help secure your personal data. If you believe your Bridge account’s security has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
Bridge will maintain your personal data for as long as you maintain a Bridge account. Even after you stop using the Bridge services, we may maintain your personal data in order to:
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Enable fraud monitoring, detection, and prevention activities
- Resolve disputes
- Maintain the performance or Bridge Services
Bridge may store your personal data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
CHILDREN
Bridge is not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you are under the age of 13, do not use or provide personal data to Bridge through any of its features. If Bridge determines that it has collected or received personal data from a child under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent, we will delete the personal data and comply with applicable law and regulations. If you believe we have any personal data from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.
UPDATES
We may occasionally change this Policy from time to time to maintain compliance with new services, changes in our privacy practices, or relevant laws. When changes are made, we may provide you with alerts or disclosures by posting them on our website and updating our Policy.
The latest updated version of our policy will be posted at the top of this Policy indicating when this Policy was last revised. Any changes are effective the latter of when we post the revised Policy or otherwise provide notice of the update as required by law. Your continued use of Bridge Services will constitute your knowledge and acceptance of the changes.
